Cancellation Policy

Manage your renewals. Please understand how to stop future renewals and why active cycles cannot be cancelled mid-term.

1. Future Renewal Cancellation Only

  • Subscriptions and recurring desktop software licenses can be cancelled at any time by the user directly from their Account Settings dashboard.
  • A cancellation request only serves to prevent the automatic renewal of your software license key for future billing cycles.
  • We do not process immediate cancellations or early contract terminations for currently active prepaid billing cycles.
  • Upon requesting a cancellation, your software license key and premium compilers remain fully functional and unlocked until the exact expiration date of your current active billing period.

2. Zero Cancellations / No Mid-Cycle Returns

  • Once a billing cycle has started, it cannot be aborted, paused, or returned for a partial refund.
  • There are absolutely no cancellations of currently active cycles or pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of the license period.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cancel their subscription prior to the scheduled automatic renewal date if they wish to avoid future billing charges.

3. Downgrade Behavior on Expiration

  • Following the successful cancellation of your renewal and the expiration of your prepaid license key cycle, your local desktop terminal access will automatically downgrade to the Free Base tier.
  • All premium indicators, custom multi-timeframe nodes, and live automated execution nodes will be locked until a new valid license key is acquired.
  • Your offline strategy graphs and locally compiled configuration files will remain untouched on your hard drive, but they will not run inside premium compile configurations.

4. Cancellation Support

  • If you experience any technical difficulties cancelling your renewal through your account dashboard, please contact our support desk immediately:

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled renewal date to manually process a cancellation request on your behalf.
