Refund Policy
Please understand that because our software is delivered digitally and runs entirely locally, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
1. Zero Refund Policy
- AlgoMesh offers digital local software licenses and compiled configuration tools that are delivered instantly via digital download upon payment confirmation.
- Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of these software tools, license keys, and quantitative modules, all platform purchases, license keys, and subscription charges are strictly final and 100% non-refundable.
- Once a digital license key has been generated or premium strategy node configurations have been downloaded, they cannot be returned, reclaimed, or deactivated on your local device. Therefore, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.
- By purchasing any plan, registering for early access, or unlocking developer license keys, you explicitly agree to this permanent zero-refund policy.
2. No Pro-Rata or Partial Refunds
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds, partial credits, or balance transfers for unused periods in your active billing cycle.
- If you choose to stop using the local desktop terminal before your current license period expires, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused days of that cycle.
3. Duplicate Charge Adjustments
- In the event of an verified technical failure or gateway error where you are double-billed for a single transaction, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment.
- Any verified duplicate charges will be reversed and credited back to your original payment source (credit card, bank account, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
- Billing discrepancies must be reported to support within 48 hours of occurrence to qualify for technical adjustment.
